Intuitive Solutions is on a mission to help nonprofits become more effective at fulfilling their mission. We focus our work o helping nonprofits establish better relations with their donor and supporter audiences. We do this by educating, enabling, and empowering. We are looking for nonprofit professionals who desire to advance their skillset in Fundraising and Development. This fellowship program will place you in  environment where our fundraising experts have designed development strategy. That strategy needs a person like you to help implement. You will work under the direction of Certified Fund Raising Experts and a team of resources to help you learn and perfect your skillset. This will be a 12 month paid position. You will be assigned to one or more nonprofits through the 12 month period. Projects will vary from development assessment, development strategy, case writing, communication planning, major gift strategy participation, and other areas of fund development.

This is a work From Home position, from anywhere in United States.


Who is this For?

Ideal candidates are confident and bring their project management, communication, and planning soft skills. They have some fund raising knowledge and or experience. They have worked for or volunteered for nonprofits already. And are looking to start, build, and/or advance their career specifically in Fund Development and/or nonprofit Executive Leadership.

  1. Development Strategy and Management
    Goal - To learn and understand the Strategic Planning Process to help nonprofits develop and become sustainable. 
  2. Digital Donor Development
    Goal - To learn how to enhance non-profit organization´s digital assets so they can strengthen their relationships with donors and find new markets, and to improve overall digital donor communications
  3. Major Donor Development
    Goal - To have a comprehensive view of major and principal gift development.


About the Fellow Role...


To be part of those programs you will be invited to participate as a Development Associate. This fellow role is responsible for assisting and supporting fundraising operations for multiple non-profits. As part of your fellowship journey, you would report to a Development Operations Officer and you would join a team of Fellows who similarly are here for the same purpose.
Part-time and Full-time Fellow Roles available.


What you will be doing...


Fund Development

  • Creating monthly fundraising plans, memos, reports, and dashboards. 
  • Managing relationships and communicating with various stakeholders (Internal/External stakeholders) regarding progress and challenges related to project deliverables. 
  • Learning and assisting with all administrative details associated with the Fundraising activities
  • Preparing monthly development plans and action items
  • Creating reports that show fundraising progress and effectiveness of current and past campaigns. This includes learning how to create impact dashboards to show non profits how they are moving the needle in the world.
  • Supporting by drafting campaign case copy and providing logistic support in executing and implementing campaigns through digital means.
  • Implementing fundraising projects and programs on digital platforms.
  • Preparing media materials for distribution. 


Duration...

  • 3, 6, and 12-month fellowships available
